We sell to businesses only. All prices are exclusive of VAT. All articles are dispatched from our Danish branch. Potential environmental taxes and packaging are included in the prices stated.
Payment method
NOWAS A/S offers two different payment methods in our online shop. Cards or Invoice. We accept payment with VISA/MasterCard/Maestro/Diners/JCB.
Card: Amount is drawn when articles are dispatched. Meaning that back orders will not be invoiced before shipping.
Invoice: Sent by e-mail. For regular customers with credit agreement.
How to buy
Place items in your shopping basket, checkout and enter customer details. Please notice that no binding purchase agreement is concluded before you receive an order confirmation.
Freight
Freight is calculated from weight and size of shipment. Online shop automatically updates freight when items are added.
Delivery:
All items in stock are shipped within 1 to 4 working days from receipt of order confirmation. Items are shipped from Denmark. Back orders may have prolonged delivery time of up to 14 days. If so, we will contact you. Approximately 95% of our product range is continually in stock.
Special order items delivered by further agreement.
DHL, Bring or PostNord will send all deliveries. Delivery time averages 1 to 3 working days from shipping.
We deliver to your business address if not otherwise stated, requiring a person at hand in the daytime to receive the shipment.
Cancellation, right of return:
We offer right of cancellation 14 days from receipt. To exercise your cancellation right you must return the goods without breaking the packaging/sealing. If returned with damaged packaging the sales value will decrease, and we will credit you correspondingly.
If you cancel a purchase, you must pay for the return freight yourself, and you are responsible for handling and wrapping the goods to avoid damage during return shipment to NOWAS A/S.
Claims for returned items we refund to your credit card or account. We withdraw handling charges equaling 15% of the item’s net price as well as our actual freight costs.
Goods must be returned within 14 days from receipt. Please note that special orders are not subject to any cancellation right.

Mark the shipment “Returns” and enclose invoice or order confirmation copy to document products bought at NOWAS A/S.
Complaints
Customer is entitled to complaint if defects or deficiencies in a product were present at purchase. We warrant the replacement of original components due to defect in material and / or workmanship for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The complaint must be made within 14 days of detection. Please check product carefully on receipt.
The warranty does not cover wear parts or defects or deficiencies due to (I) normal wear, (II) storage, installation, use or maintenance against vendor’s directions or general practice, (III) repairs or modifications not made by NOWAS A/S, and (IV) other conditions not accountable to vendor.
Customer may return defect parts at own risk and cost by appointment. Invoice copy and detailed error description, as well as contact information, must be enclosed.
Claims against NOWAS A/S cannot exceed invoice amount of purchased product. NOWAS A/S accept no responsibility for customer’s loss of operation, time, profit or indirect losses.
Customer and user are recommended to follow directions for use, catalogues and brochures packed with the product.
Customer is responsible for choosing product fit for purpose. NOWAS A/S is not responsible for damages to buildings or movables while product is in customer’s care.
