We offer the right of complaint in accordance with our business terms and conditions.

 

If you experience problems with a product purchased from Nowas, you have the option to submit a complaint on this page. All fields must be filled in and at least one photo must be uploaded to document the complaint.

 

If you want technical support for a product that is beyond the warranty period or a product that was not purchased from NOWAS, you are welcome to contact us by email post@nowas.dk or phone +45 98 67 78 78 (press 8 for english)

 

 

Procedure for submitting a Complaint:

1) Complete and submit the form.

2) You will receive a receipt for registering your complaint. IMPORTANT! This must be saved.

3) You will subsequently receive further information from the NOWAS claims department
