Purewash Static 7000 RO/DI system - stationary pure water production
Complete pure water production system with fully automatic control.
Complete system for extremely fast and efficient production of 000 PPM / 0 °dH ultra pure water. Manufactured with 230v booster pump.
This manufacturing plant produces approximately 250-400 liters of ultra pure water per hour with 10bar booster pump
The system is produced with a 230v solid industrial motor with a thoroughly tested by-pass.
Supplied with electronic float for installation in water tank (water tank purchased separately).
Filter, osmosis membrane and DI granules are included in the shipment, but must be filled by the customer themselves to ensure optimal durability immediately before use.

The fully automatic on/off control box controls and manages all processes in the pure water production:
- Automatic flushing of membrane during production (Midflush)
- Automatic stop of production when the water tank is full
- Automatic membrane flush
- Automatic booster pump control
Designed to ensure extra long durability of membrane and ion exchange mass:
- Automatic membrane maintenance throughout the production process
- Automatic bypass of DI granulate filter at startup - for extra long granulate life
The water purification itself is carried out via 3-step water treatment:
1: Combined sediment and carbon filter 4.5" x 20"
2: Ultra low pressure membrane 4040
3: Ion exchange granules 25 l.
For some cleaning companies, a stationary RO/DI water system may be the most practical solution. It offers greater opportunity to service more vehicles - and thus more flexibility.
A stationary R/O system is also suitable for combination with a portable trolley, which can be an economical way to work with purified water without the use of a large van. The stationary osmosis system can be placed in, for example, a garage or business premises.
Stationary reverse osmosis system consists of pre-filtration, which cleans the water of particles, sediments and other impurities. Next, the water is passed through a Reverse Osmosis Membrane (RO membrane) of the absolute highest quality, which filters approximately 95-99% of the water. This ultra low pressure RO membrane is produced using the latest technology, which provides improved flow and optimal performance even at relatively low water pressure.
The water purification is completed with an effective DI filter. The DI filter (deionized water filter), which contains DI granules (sometimes known as ion exchange resin), purifies the water of the last residues and thereby provides ultra-pure water, suitable for window washing.

The system requires a water connection, as well as a water drain and a 230v power outlet.
* In the case of areas with medium or hard water, we recommend purchasing a water softener or limescale binder module to ensure the longevity of the membrane.
