Purewash T6 RO-DI 220v trolley is an efficient and portable 3-stage filtration unit, manufactured as an elegant and robust stainless steel trolley with user-friendly features for the professional window cleaner.
With this trolley you have simple and easy handling when producing ultra-pure water for window cleaning, facade cleaning, washing solar cells and the like.
The system is developed for professional use, where pure water quality and operational reliability are required.

The Purewash RO-DI Trolley series is characterized by low investment costs and minimal operating costs. Thanks to the compact and robust design, these systems are easy to transport and operate. All important functions can be accessed quickly and easily.

Produces ultra-pure water directly on site. Requires only a water supply and access to 220v power.
 

Three-stage filtration

Built with reliable RO technology based on a proven 3-stage filtration process that produces 0 ppm ultra-pure water.

1: Pre-filtration removes sediments, minerals and odors from the water.
2: Reverse osmosis (RO) reduces up to 96% of all dissolved substances and impurities.
3: DI resin polishes the last of it off, delivering 100% demineralized, ultrapure water.

Two water types - flexible use

Purewash RO-DI trolleys have multiple output ports, allowing you to choose between different types of filtered water:

Permeate: Reverse Osmosis (RO) water - used in some places for facade washing, car washing, initial cleaning tasks and the like.
Deionized: Ultrapure water (RO + DI) - usually used for window cleaning, solar cell cleaning and similar tasks where the highest purity is needed.

By only using RO water for tasks that do not require RO+DI, you save on the consumption of DI resin, thereby further reducing operating costs.
It is very simple and quick to switch between water types on the system.

Thoughtful details and performance

The system is equipped with a powerful industrial booster pump that ensures optimal water pressure throughout the filtration process, increasing both performance and filter life.
Production is approx. 250-400 liters of ultrapure water per hour, depending on water quality and temperature.

Model T6 is powerful enough to supply 2 operators simultaneously.
The system is adjustable, so the performance can be adjusted if only 1 operator is working.

Integrated TDS measurement shows the quality of the water through multiple filtration stages.
With manual flushing of the RO membrane for longer lifespan.
Automatic shut-off function to protect the pump if the water supply fails.
Built-in water meter provides an overview of total consumption.
The pre-filter and DI filter are easy to replace and can be visually inspected during operation.
Strong stainless steel frame with maintenance-free solid rubber wheels.

With EASY-PAUSE function: intelligent control that registers if the water flow is closed at the pole or brush - e.g. with Univalve, on/off switch or similar. In such cases, the system will automatically pause the pump and block the water supply until the water flow is opened again.

User manual - step by step:

1 - Connect water supply and 220v power.
2 - Start rinsing the filters to ensure the best lifespan
3 - Connect your equipment to the port for the needed water type
4 - Start the pressure pump. The system now produces water.

The system is suitable for portable use and does not require a permanent installation. Ideal for professionals who need pure water directly on site.
